  一、压力变送器
 
  1.Pressure transmitter
 
  压力变送器也称差压变送器,主要由测压元件传感器、模块电路、显示表头、表壳和过程连接件等组成。它能将接收的气体、液体等压力信号转变成标准的电流电压信号,以供给指示报警仪、记录仪、调节器等二次仪表进行测量、指示和过程调节。
 
  Pressure transmitter is also called differential pressure transmitter,which is mainly composed of pressure measuring element sensor,module circuit,display meter,watch case and process connection.It can convert the received gas,liquid and other pressure signals into standard current and voltage signals to provide secondary instruments such as indicating alarms,recorders,regulators,etc.for measurement,indication and process adjustment.
 
  压力变送器的测量原理是:流程压力和参考压力分别作用于集成硅压力敏感元件的两端,其差压使硅片变形(位移很小,仅μm级),以使硅片上用半导体技术制成的全动态惠斯登电桥在外部电流源驱动下输出正比于压力的mV级电压信号。由于硅材料的强性优良,所以输出信号的线性度及变差指标均很高。工作时,压力变送器将被测物理量转换成mV级的电压信号,并送往放大倍数很高而又可以互相抵消温度漂移的差动式放大器。放大后的信号经电压电流转换变换成相应的电流信号,再经过非线性校正,校正后产生与输入压力成线型对应关系的标准电流电压信号。
 
  The measuring principle of the pressure transmitter is:the process pressure and the reference pressure respectively act on the two ends of the integrated silicon pressure sensitive element,and the differential pressure causes the silicon wafer to deform(the displacement is very small,onlyμm level),so that semiconductors are used on the silicon wafer The fully dynamic Wheatstone bridge made by the technology outputs a mV-level voltage signal proportional to the pressure under the drive of an external current source.Due to the excellent strength of silicon material,the linearity and variation index of the output signal are both high.When working,the pressure transmitter converts the measured physical quantity into a mV-level voltage signal and sends it to a differential amplifier with a high amplification factor that can offset temperature drift.The amplified signal is converted into a corresponding current signal by voltage and current conversion,and then after nonlinear correction,a standard current and voltage signal corresponding to the input pressure in a linear relationship is generated after correction.

 
  二、一体化温度变送器
 
  2.Integrated temperature transmitter
 
  一体化温度变送器一般由测温探头(热电偶或热电阻传感器)和两线制固体电子单元组成。采用固体模块形式将测温探头直接安装在接线盒内,从而形成一体化的变送器。一体化温度变送器一般分为热电阻和热电偶型两种类型。
 
  The integrated temperature transmitter generally consists of a temperature measuring probe(thermocouple or thermal resistance sensor)and a two-wire solid electronic unit.The temperature measuring probe is directly installed in the junction box in the form of a solid module to form an integrated transmitter.Integrated temperature transmitters are generally divided into two types:thermal resistance and thermocouple.
 
  一体化温度变送器的输出为统一的4~20mA信号;可与微机系统或其它常规仪表匹配使用。也可用户要求做成防爆型或防火型测量仪表。
 
  The output of the integrated temperature transmitter is a unified 4-20mA signal;it can be matched with a computer system or other conventional instruments.It can also be made into explosion-proof or fire-proof measuring instruments as required by users.
